Netflix’s Jessica Jones was my foray into the world of social media campaigns. The territory was still wildly uncharted, with agencies and studios experimenting on new ways to connect with eager fans. To create content for this “hard-drinking, short-fused, mess” of a character was a complete blast, and her fans engaged and inspired us through the long run of the campaign.
